All About Elli

Apparently, John and I no longer exist in the eyes of the grandparents and great-grandparents.  They could care less if we showed up for a visit... Ellington has become the star of the show (as it should be according to her).

We visited Grandmama (Elli's great-grandmother) at her assisted living home and she was so excited to see E.  She even introduced Ellington as her grandson's daughter.  Wait a second... grandson?  Yep, that's right.  John is now her grandson and I have been disowned.  Well, at least one of us got credit for that visit.

Grandmama proudly told everyone that Ellington was her baby and one resident drew this creepy drawing of Elli after meeting her... it was sweet, but she definitely looks pretty creepy. Or does she always look like an attack baby?

We spent the rest of the weekend hanging out with John's parents and got a few good pictures.  This one is my absolute favorite!  Harabujee (Grandpa Yi) looks so happy!

Ellington's Harabujee and Halmoni (Grandma Yi) would have preferred she stay with them all by herself, but we come as a package deal.  You want the baby?  You have to take me & John too!
